Interoperability in GAIA-X / Hauke Ernst - GAIA-X Germany/Airbus
Interoperability is key in digital twins, where a plethora of Earth observation data sets, models, and auxiliary data will be combined. In this webinar, we introduce interoperability across the various steps from data collection to the sharing of final products or applications. ILIAD digital twin of the ocean, with its many components, will be used as examples for the concepts, starting with examples from GAIA-X and seen from an industry data perspective.
The Iliad Digital Twin of the Ocean is an EU-funded project that builds on two decades of investments in policies and infrastructures for the blue economy and aims to establish an interoperable, data-intensive, and cost-effective Digital Twin of the Ocean.
Groundstation.Space is one of the Iliad consortium partners.
