Best Practices 

1. Store materials in a dedicated, long-term repository (i.e., Google Drive). This ensures that the course content remains accessible even after the project ends. 
2. Copyright and Licensing Compliance: Review all materials to confirm that they do not violate any copyright rules. Obtain necessary permissions or licenses for any third-party content used or use Open Resources (Creative Commons licenses). 
3. Avoid Large File Uploads in Moodle. 
4. Avoid links that take you away from the course page. 
5. Keep consistency in the structure and tools used.
