Course Description

Learn to recognize the organizational implications of Artificial Intelligence and the importance of ethics and compliance when applying AI in real-world contexts.

This course is designed for anyone interested in understanding how AI can be responsibly integrated into organizations of all sizes and sectors—without the need for technical expertise. Through case studies from public institutions and private companies like ING, Ahold Delhaize, Elsevier, and the Dutch National Police, you’ll explore both the benefits and potential pitfalls of AI adoption.

You will gain insight into how AI supports process improvement and decision-making, as well as how it intersects with privacy, transparency, and ethical governance.
